PROMO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Number Game Quiz starts from 00:00:00 (GMT+8) 1 December 2014 until 23:59:59 (GMT+8) 31 December 2014.
2. This contest applies to all new and existing members using RMB, VND, THB, MYR and IDR only.
3. To participate, members must answer two (2) questions and create a slogan. Members are required to submit the form with their VALID 12BET username.
4. Only the earliest submitted form(s) is considered valid. Those members who meet the higher turnover range as stated in the qualification table are qualified for more entries.
5. Members must meet at least MYR10000 worth of turnover requirement in
   12BET Number Game to participate. The turnover can be made prior to or after the submission of the entry form and within the promotion period only.
6. Participants with the most number of correct answers and creative slogan will win the prizes. In the event of a tie, the prizes will be awarded to entries with the most creative slogan.
7. Winners will be announced on 5th January 2015. The decision on winners is final irrevocable.
8. Winners will be notified through e-mail and phone call.
9. Prizes will be delivered within 10 working days after the winners are announced. The prize shall be delivered to the address provided by the winner via email or live chat.
10. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. 12BET shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever in the prize delivery due to incomplete/incorrect information provided by the winning members.
11. 12BET at its sole discretion may substitute the prize with any item of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason.
12. Participants with multiple accounts registered in the same address and IP will be automatically disqualified in the contest.
13. 12BET reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time.
